Social Enterprise Kent provides a range of training to increase your staff job satisfaction and motivation, knowledge and skills, resulting in improved efficiencies in your business’s processes, enabling your company to gain financially. We have been supporting local communities in Kent since 1985, from supporting individuals starting their career with apprenticeships to enable senior managers take their business to the next level with leadership and management courses.
We have a contract with the ESFA in excess of half a million enabling us to fund 16-18 year-olds and individuals over the age of 19 who embark on an apprenticeship with non-levy employers. We also have the ability to work with levy-payers, so if you have a levy pot, get in touch to discuss your needs.
